RS-15 has not been launched. It may yet fly this year depending on
future schedule revisions.
The next ham satellite to launch is UNAMSAT, presently scheduled for
a June 15 lift-off onboard a Russian rocket.

Some questions...
Does anyone have a schedule of planned shuttle flights
for the next few months to a year? If so, please e-mail
me.
What is the procedure for re-transmitting shuttle audio?
I know that some hams just re-transmit the audio from
NASA select TV from the satellite. Is this the correct
way? What about permission to re-transmit? I have heard
that NASA has given a blanket permission. Is this so?
Thanks for the info in advance.

There you have it. Another big NASA snafu. The darn thing has probably
been working fine all along, but the engineers are trying to hear a VHF
signal with an antenna for the HF bands. Typical.
